Differences between the US and non-US experience
Just like US recipients, we'll surprise and delight your non-US attendees and work-from-anywhere colleagues, but here are some differences:

Frequently Asked Questions
Superior Dishes fulfills non-US orders via our local partner network in each country. Most gift options will be different than what is offered locally in America. While gifts are curated, recipients are able to state their preferences and select a theme for their gift. Since non-US orders are being shipped by our local partners in each country, we are unable to customize the box or include custom swag in the box.

But we serve all countries.
We’ll work directly with each non-US recipient(Outside US/Canada) to get them a pre-curated box that is curated by our local partner (vs. a choose-your-own) or something that is on their wish list. They will be able to communicate with us their preferences and local favorites. Learn more
If your non-US recipients (Outside US/Canada) have special requests of the treats they’d like to receive, we’ll work with them to customize their treat as best as we can (budget and timeline permitting). While the non-US experience will not be the same as the US Superior Dishes experience, we’ll make your non-US attendees/team members feel special so they don’t feel left out.
- Shipping to other countries from the US can be prohibitively expensive, lengthy, and international shipments can run into problems with customs and delays.
- To bypass these issues, we work with local partners in each region to fulfil international orders. We do the heavy lifting to make the experience as special and delightful as their US counterparts.
- Since non-US orders are being shipped by our local partners in each country, we are unable to customize the box or include custom swag in the box for international orders but our selection is top-notch and second to none.
Recipients in each country will receive treats net of fees, taxes and any additional costs associated with each country. Fees/costs include currency exchange rate, and taxes.
There will be an additional $18 fulfillment fee for non-US recipients, to cover partner costs and operations - this includes delivery/shipping, packaging, partner fees, platform fees, service fees, curation and customization fees, etc. This fees is applicable for Canada recipients as well.
Non-US recipients don’t see the gift amount as they pick a themed box from a menu of curated boxes. We have a lot of variety which will accommodate different dietary restrictions.
Regardless of the fees, it is our goal to provide a healthy mix of quality snacks and beverages. We vet each partner and the mix of items we include in each box to make for a robust offering. We are also taking feedback from our customers to continuously add to our international selection.
